Center for Biotechnology
Coming in 2025, Generation Park will be the home of San Jac’s Center for Biotechnology! San Jacinto College is the exclusive provider of the National Institute for Bioprocessing Research and Training (NIBRT) for the southern part of the United States. This Center will help meet the growing demand for skilled workers in the biotech industry. It is being built in partnership with McCord Development, Inc. Learn more about the Center's state-of-the-art features.
Providing In Demand Training
To meet workplace needs, the Center will offer shorter credentials for post-graduates. Students will have access to cutting-edge resources and training environments to assist in their learning.
Equipping Students
Students can also acquire an associate of applied science degree in biomanufacturing technology. Graduates will be equipped with the skills and knowledge essential for the industry.
